Indefinite delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed price contract for Architect-Engineer services for Architectural projects in Japan was awarded to Gushiken– PAE Joint Venture on 01 December 2017. The contract shall not exceed one (1) base year with additional four (4) one-year option periods with a total contract term not exceeding $30M.
The Architect-Engineer (A-E) shall provide design and engineering services for the preparation of plans, specifications, design analyses, cost estimates (in Yen and U.S. dollars), studies, and design-build requests for proposals for projects associated with Architectural engineering work, including, but not limited to, engineering studies and design package (design-bid-built and design-build). Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) may also be included, as required, as an option under task orders.
