PDFM provided local design services for the flagship store of shu uemura, a cosmetics brand under L’Oréal Japan.

Our scope of work included project management, detailed architectural and engineering design (including structural and MEP), building code compliance, and construction supervision.

The project was featured in Shotenkenchiku magazine and received both LEED Gold certification and the AIA Best Design Award.

Global Law Firm Office

This is a law firm office renovation. The client aimed to redesign two floors of their office to improve spatial efficiency and create a more comfortable work environment.

PDFM proposed a layout that preserved the high-quality atmosphere while incorporating fresh, modern elements.
As a result, the efficient design allowed for the addition of 30 private offices in the previously underutilized core area.
The colorful and refined interior also brought energy and vibrancy to the typically quiet law office.

Modular Data Center

PDFM delivered Japan’s first modular data center, featuring a Smart Mod server unit and separate utility module.

As modular structures were not covered by local building codes, permits were initially unattainable—but PDFM secured government approval, making the project possible.
