On May 29, 2020, NAVFAC Far East, FEAD Iwakuni awarded PDFM this contract for HVAC Systems Maintenance, Testing, and Installation Services at U.S. Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) in Iwakuni, Japan. The 4-year contract includes a base period with three 1-year Option periods, and has an overall value of $25,107,460.
PDFM shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and perform HVAC System Maintenance, Testing, and Installation Services for the entire base.
