Local Architect (Collaboration Design with Shu Uemura design team) Project Management

PDFM worked for French cosmetic company as local architect with their concept designer for their flagship store project in Jingumae, in Tokyo.

Scope included project management and architectural design, MEP and structural design.

Since this project has many architecturally challenging aspects, including removal of most part of the 2nd floor of steel structure, it required a complex structural design.

This project was certified with LEED Gold, the second level of the global environmental certificate.

The project was featured in the Dec 2022 issue of Shoten-kenchiku, Japanese magazine of the commercial interior design.

The project also won AIA Best Architectural Design Award, 2022.
