Sustainment, Restoration and Maintenance (SRM)
Design for the access of kitchen duct hoods across all three installations. The existing kitchen exhaust duct systems have presented great difficulty to the various contracted cleaning service providers over the years. Due to inadequate access to various duct systems, cleaning the buildup of grease and residue has largely remained unchecked.
This project aimed to provide the needed access points to support effective cleaning and maintenance.
